learning to overclock on x4 860k

Hi i plan to over clock my first chip and i decided to go with x4 860k
Plan to use it for a while and then go with skylake i7. *no haswell as i will need to replace mobo for skylake any way. I will be using this chip for a while and was wondering what is it capable of. According to passmark somewhere between clock speed 4.73 GHz it become equal to i5 4590 in multi core and around 5% behind in single core performance.
What is max clock i can achieve with custom water cooling loop?

Every chip is individual, so it depends on how good it is. I would expect to get a good chip to at least 4.7Gh on custom water, or even something like a Swiftech H-240X However, half of all chips are below average.
