Lease 980ti or save and buy?

Hello wonderful forum. I need advice. I might get hired soon at a job and make about $300~ per month and was contemplating whether I should wait a long time and buy the whole system or get a good base PC and lease a 980ti for $77 a month or maybe just a 970 for $44 a month??? I'm not sure but I'm only speculating right now and in school so I'm bored and can't play many PC games unless I play on low settings on my 550m laptop. Thanks guys
