Question least possible bottleneck with mentioned CPUs

okay i want to choose the best combination from these parts with the least bottleneck possible , CPUs: R5 1600, R5 2600 ,i5 9400F
GPUs:RX 570, RX 580
also i would like to know which brand is totally the best for each gpu

As for the battle Between R5 2600 And I5 9400F the Battle heavily falls off to the intel Side since its much more gaming performance sided. The best CPU of the mentioned above you can get it is definitly the i5 9400F, then in second place the Ryzen 5 2600 and last place is for R5 1600.

well yeah actually in terms of 2600 not being in stock , i might have to pick 1600, btw i would like to know what brand do you offer for the rx 580?
