LED and noise??

so i got a gtx 1070 acx 3.0 super clocked and apparently its really quiet bu after 50% fan speed its loud and its meant to be like that because i got a replacement and its exactly the same db. everyone says its quiet. maybe overwatch is just a toasty game for what it should be? and i have one more major question i know that my card doesnt have RGB but doesnt it not also have the white Le=ED's? my logo lights up as white but the underside of the card doesnt light up at all. is that meant to be it isnt it supposed to be. mine doesnt have as much white metal maybe its the black edition? but still i thought sc editions still had white light on the fan side of the gpu

You can create a custom fan profile if the noise bothers you or you can flash the original bios with the less aggressive fan profile found here http://www.evga.com/thermalmod/. As for the LED lights it sounds like you have the black edition that doesn't have the white lights on the front of the cooler.
