led fans and wich r the right ones

and if i can replace the case fans with other ones with leds like bitfenix etc..

I would use 2 120 mm AF in front (intake), 1 120 mm AF in the rear (exhaust), and 2 or 3 more 120 mm AF in the top (exhaust). You'll probably want to use a fan controller of some sort to keep things as quiet as possible. Check out the case fan reviews on Newegg to get an idea of reliability, noise, airflow, etc.
