LED Fans flashing and controller not picking them up?

I've recently rebuilt my computer in a new case (NZXT H440), water cooler (Kraken X41), fans (corsair AF/SP 120/140) and a controller (NZXT Grid+).

I think - but can't be 100% sure - that this issue started after a windows update.

The issue is that for 5 of my fans, the ones that are plugged into the Grid+, they are flashing roughly every second, and if I look at them they're running pretty slowly. When I go on the CAM software (to monitor/change the fan settings, temps etc.) I can see that it's telling me the Grid+ is using 0 watts and running at 40% fan speed, this is constant, hasn't changed after a few restarts.

I'm posting on here because there is very limited FAQ's or troubleshooting for the Grid+ and this specific problem, and I'm not sure what could actually be causing it. Connections are stable, I haven't changed anything since the last time they worked completely fine.

Any troubleshooting suggestions you guys could suggest? Before I end up contacting NZXT and trying to get a new Grid+.

Cheers for any suggestions.

Don't know why I didn't think of that, thanks!

I guess I'll hook them up to the motherboard to see if they work fine that way, at least then I know it's definitely the controller. I'll have to do it tomorrow though.
