LED Fans on Opposite Side of Fan???

I have a Cooler Master Stormtrooper and I replaced the large top fan with two 140 mm blue LED fans. I like the look they provide but when the fans are on low speed (which is most of the time) there is a strobe like flashing effect caused by the fan spinning slowly above the LED underside of the fan blades. It's not really noticeable with the fans at higher speeds, and they would be fine if I had them set up as intakes instead of exhausts since the light from the LED would not be obstructed by the fan blades. My question is are there fans with the LED's on the opposite (exhaust) side of the fan?

I do have them set up as exhaust but the LED's are located on the intake side of the fan. So as the fan spins over top of the lights the effect is a flashing or pulsing. It's just a little distracting. If there was a fan that had the LED on the opposite side the fan would be underneath the LED and not cause the light to appear to flash when it spins.
