Question Led flahes when psu gets connected to wall power

So when i connect the wall to the psu i get flash for a split second white on led above the ram motherboard. asked some friends they told me its fine .tried looking at mother board site to see if anyting written about the flash but nothing is written .pc starts ok everthing fine.at least i think so.i just worried.so mu computer wont burn or something.boght everything new.and sometimes i get abit lower fps. I read somewhere that mabye the system does not get the power it needs.and the ram sits fine.

Rtx2080ti
32 ram 4 sticks 2400 mhz
Gold psu 850 antec
Z390 aorus pro
