LED light on but computer not booting after installing psu

Hello,

I recently installed a psu into my ibuypower computer. After toggling the IO to on, i notice the led on my pc is on, but i never even pressed the on button on my computer. After i press the pwr button, it does nothing, no fans run or anything. I have all my cables connected into the necessary components:gpu, cpu, mobo, hdd, case fan, everything really. But the pc still doesnt turn on. I also accidentally unplugged my front panel cables by accident but i put em back on, but it can be that.

Psu: EVGA 600w bronze
Motherboard: Gigabyte m68mt-s2
Cpu: amd 4100 fm quad core
Hdd: barracuda 7200.12
Windows 10
Dont know my case model
Cpu cooler: stock with cpu
Dont know my ram model

Theyre pictures of my internals like: my mobo 24 pin, my cpu cable 4 pin, my SATA cables going into my hdd, 6 pin going to my gpu, the front panel cables i put back, a picture of me holding the case fan's cable connected by the molex cable, and what the led looks like after i switch the IO to on. Any ideas would be helpful, thanks!

could be you front panel wires not connected right. are you sure you didn't mix up the POWER LED and POWER SWITCH wires? you manual says your power switch wires should be on the the 3rd and 4th pin on the top of that connector. your picture doesn't show what wires are hooked up where but that would be my guess is you got the switch and led wires mixed up. the switch wire would light up a led even with the system off.
