LED monitor 23inch or 24 inch and which one

I have been confused in dicideing which monitor to get and which size. my main purpose is to watch movies regular size to 1080p. and not games.

As 23 and 24 inch monitor, just an inch difference in screen size, would it make any difference? As they is prices difference around Rs. 4000-6000/- (pak rupees) around off $ 45 - 70.

Does the pixel size matters in between these Two sizes 23 inch monitor pixel pitch of 0.266mm or a 24 inch monitor with a pixel pitch of 0.277mm?

Also both monitors have a resolution of 1920x1080, 5ms and minor difference likes hdmi, dvi, etc. and some with 2ms gtg.
does have gtg matters in the monitor that much?
does having hdmi will matter to me in futures as i dont have any console at the moment.

There really isn't much difference to be honest. Many 24" monitors are 23.6" viewable. They're basically the same.

The difference is maybe a slightly denser pixel density for 23" monitors compared to 24" monitors. Pixel pitch is as you said, is slightly smaller as well.

In practice though, you won't notice a difference. It's pretty much imperceptible to the human eye.

Also GTG is fine. It's actually the more commonly used transition in every day use. If the response time is around 2 - 5 ms, you can be pretty certain the ISO transitions are around 5 ms (for TN panels).

Also, HDMI will become more and more common as time goes on. It's just much more capable than DVI overall. The cable is just so simple too. I prefer HDMI over DVI any day (it can transmit audio and ethernet as well).
