Led problem Gigabyte GTX 1070 G1 Gaming rev.1.0

As the title says i have the card and windows 10 home installed...when i turn on the pc the red led of GIGABYTE logo from vga card doesnt turn on the FAN STOP WORKS!...IT WILL TURN ON RANDOMLY! and then again off...

Did you plug in the required power connectors? Can your PSU provide sufficient power for the Graphics Card?
