LED Setup Through Molex?

So I had these LED lights in mind http://www.amazon.com/Bluecell-Green-Electronics-Bulb-light/dp/B006G6TKQW/ref=sr_1_2?s=hi&ie=UTF8&qid=1421695676&sr=1-2&keywords=green+led and I wanted to know how to set them up. I know I would need a 4-Pin molex connecter but would I need to splice or solder anything?

Thats just the bulb so yes you would.

Yes you would need to some how connect the LED connector to a connection on your PSU.

But it is not safe. the bulbs would probably blow because the amperage and voltage probably is too high for those little LEDs.
