LED strips into SYSFAN

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if it is possible for me to plug in LED strips into the SYSFAN slot on my motherboard (4-pin). The LEDs I'm looking at have a Molex connector which is supposed to go into the PSU but there are no spare slots, so I'm looking to plug it into the sysfan slot instead. Is this possible?

Seeing as I actually have one, I do know you can get 3 pin to molex converters. That said, unless you know the voltage and amperage needed, I would not recommend using one. Chances are you wouldn't get the correct voltages, but amps could be a problem too.
