Question LED Strips

So i got the corsair lighting node pro. and i plug everything in right and i turn it on and nothing. i tried using icue to turn it on and it wasnt working. if you have anything to help me please let me know.

@Michael Rea I thought you were suppose to use the "Link" program to control that unit.

It's a pretty simple setup, so if it doesn't work and you are sure have not done anything wrong, then you may have a defective unit.
