led vs psu

Solution
Any LEDs integrated into your motherboard will use an insignificant amount of power. If the draw was significant, manufacturers wouldn't see fit to integrate it, or would likely list the power draw.

If you are planning to purchase and add in your own LED or CCFL lighting, those units should list their individual power draws, from which you can decide if your chosen PSU is sufficient, but I can't think of a lighting situation that should bump up your draw enough to need a higher tiered PSU that you would want to look at for more than 10 seconds before going blind.
