Question LEDS and Fans work, but No Signal to monitor

Just built a new computer (first build) When i plug in the psu, all the fans work as intended and the LEDs turn on, but apparently my pc refuses to send a signal, as every single time my monitor returns with No Signal. I’ve already tried cmos, i’ve gone through that one checklist, but still to no avail. Send help

ASRock B450M Steel Legend
Zotac Geforce 1650
Ryzen 5 2600
G.skill Ripjaws V 1x16gb (I know, I know)
Western Digital 2TB HDD
NZXT H510 Case

Corsair is the brand of the PSU, while 700W is the advertised wattage of the unit, Bronze being the advertised 80+ efficiency rating. What is the model of the unit? Also, include the age of the PSU if it's recycled from an older build. Which slot is the single stick of ram populating on the motherboard? Got a link to the stick of ram?

it’s an EVGA 80+, bought it straight off of newegg. shouldn’t be second hand.

as for the ram. it’s populating the fourth slot of my pc and here’s the link:
