[SOLVED] Leds not turning off with system

I recently built a new pc. And after a few days i noticed that a few leds stopped shutting off when the system was shut off. Gpu and cpu fan. I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to pc’s but I’m learning quickly. Any suggestions.

Asrock taichi ultimate 470x
Amd wraith prism cpu cooler
Gigabyte rtx 2060 gpu.

It might not be shutting down from windows correctly, run this line in command prompt and see what happens
%windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -f -t 00
