Question LEDs on case fan not working

I have 3 Infineon RGB fans connected to a controller, the fans spin but the LEDs don’t turn on. I tried connecting the fans to a different computer and the LEDs work there, but not in the computer i’m trying to put them in. It is connected to the PSU by an 8 pin PCI-e to 3 pin molex connector.
