[SOLVED] LED's on, everything else off

Built this computer just over 3 months ago, had absolutely 0 problems with it up until tonight, I went out for an hour and came back to the fans being off and nothing being shown on any screens. I've looked into it assumed originally it was PSU, but there is a button on there for fan test, to which the fan will promptly spin up. Went through the post build errors but nothing came up, and would likely anything happen when it's not being moved or used.

(The lights that are turning on are on the RAM and the Motherboard, fan lights and GPU lights didn't turn on.)

A fan spinning up doesn't mean all the other voltages are there.
I suspect a dead PSU or yo have a short somewhere and he PSU won't turn on to protect the system and itself.
