Leds stay on after shut down

When i turn off my pc the led on my LAN cable my NZXT Kraken x61 and the small led on my turtle beach x12 stays on. If i click anything on my mouse my pc will boot. I have a custom builded pc with Windows 7 Ultimate
My build:
Case: Nzxt h440
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 290 4GB Vapor-X
CPU: 4690K
PSU: CX600M
RAM: 16 Gb hyper x fury
HDD: WD Blue WD10EZEX 1 TB
Motherboard: Asrock z97 extreme 3
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x61
Mouse: Roccat kone xtd

are you using the power switch to turn it off? or you click on start -> shutdown?

if you are using the power switch
go to control panel -> power options
on the lefthand side click on "choose what the power buttons do" you can modify the settings as you like.

I turn it off through windows and it has the same effect when i use the power button

check your bios for a setting under advanced, APM > ErP/EuP, set to enabled S5 (shutdown) state.
