I have built a new PC a few months ago, and been either pulling the cable off or using the PSU switch to completely turn off my PC (ofc after normally shutting down) so that all the leds are turned off. This includes a very small led that is on my USB HUB. Its just not turning off until i either pull the cable off or turn the PSU switch to off. Also the same thing was applying to my Case LED's but I have managed to fix them using a Gigabyte (mobo) software. Yet still, if for example, that program is somehow shutted down manually or with something else before i shut down the PC, the leds keeps still shining after I shut my pc down.
Here I am concerned with 2 things, it feels like my computer is still somehow draining power, and this might also cause some electrical parts in the long use. I have shared my specs below, is this thing caused by my motherboard or PSU? Is there a way to fix this? Because it was never happening with my older PC builds.
MOBO: B660M DS3H DDR4
PSU: Sharkoon SS-COOLZERO-750 750W 80+ Gold
CPU: i5 12400F
RAM: Corsair Cmk16Gx4M2Z3600C18 16Gb (2X8Gb) Ddr4 3600Mhz C18 Vengeance Lpx
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER VENTUS XS OC 6GB GDDR6 192 Bit

Go to the UEFI settings and then go to Settings -> Miscellaneous -> Set "LEDs in Sleep, Hibernation, and Soft Status" to Off. See page 22 of the manual. Though this only applies if the motherboard is controlling the RGB.
Mobo is indeed controlling the RGB. All my RGB leds and fans are directly connected to mother board. Both via aRGB and RGB. And the option you have mentioned is already turned off.

In BIOS, go to the Advanced Mode screen, then from the selection screen choose "Settings". Once there, go down to ErP, and turn it on. Once there you can enable S5 mode, which will disable all USB ports both internal and external, as well as all the LED's, and RGB/ARGB headers on the motherboard. Don't forget to save the changes upon exit.

There is no S5 mode on the bios of my mobo, did look for other places too but could not find it even though there are some S3 options like wake up with mouse or keyboard. But... Turning on ErP on it's own seems like fixed the issue indeed!

I always thought there was a very simple fix for this but couldn't find it anywhere. Thank you so much!

Ah, they just bundled the whole thing into ErP then. Glad it worked for you though :)
