Question LEDs will suddenly turn off or change to a white color and is so longer detected by their software

I haven't had this issue up until recently, but either at boot or while using it. The NZXT water cooler fans turn white and the RGB cabling for the motherboard and GPU turns off except maybe 2 of the cables are still on and they are on their default rainbow pattern, but when this happens they are also not detected by their software. Icue mentions "Port 1/2 sensor is in overcurrent state, devices connected to the ports operate in low-power mode. please reduce the number of connected devices for proper operation" and i don't know if that's related to the same issue.

I've only had this pc for a few months now
