Question Left Alt key is not working in my laptop

Hi Team,

I am using HP Compaq 6530b windows vista laptop and right now the left 'Alt' key is not working for example when I am trying to switch over from one tab to another tab the Alt key is not working that time. Earlier it was working fine and frequently I am getting a pop up 'are you sure you want to delete/move this folder to recycle bin.

Request you to provide me the solution.

You will most likely need to replace the keyboard on your laptop as it looks like another key is being depressed. Might want to use Keyboardtester to locate the stray keypress. You can likewise try and remove the keycap and see if any dirt or debris is actuating the scissor switch on the keyboard.
