Hi! I accidentally left my computer on while on vacation and now I can barely even use google chrome it lags so badly. When noticing that it was on I immediately turned it off and left it off for a day. When I noticed it was really laggy I decided to reinstall windows to try to see if that was a the problem (WIndows was having trouble booting) but even after a fresh install of windows 10 I can at least use my browser a little but cannot play games like i used to be able to at all, they arent playable. When I booted up the computer today it said that it was auto repairing my Hard drive and I hoped that would fix it but no luck. Any advice on what the issue could be?
UPDATE: So i downloaded Speccy as well and my CPU is currently running at 95 degrees Celsius and i think this may be the problem but i have no clue how to fix this

Okay, another possibility is that the pump has failed on your water cooler, and that may be the cause of the problem if the hot water isn't getting up to the radiator. Try reattaching the cooler and if possible try to get the other fans running as quiet as possible to see if you can hear if the pump works or not. If the pump has failed, you'll need to replace the cooler.

I downloaded Crystal Disk and it says that the health status of my hard drive is good

Your CPU is running way too hot and is definitely throttling, that is probably causing poor performance. You're going to have to open your case and verify that the fan on the CPU cooler is spinning, and that the CPU cooler is still firmly attached. If the CPU cooler is loose, then you'll have to clean off the cooler and CPU with isopropyl alcohol, apply new thermal paste and reattach the CPU cooler. If the fan doesn't work, you're probably going to have to replace the CPU cooler unless you have an aftermarket cooler that has detachable fans that would allow you to just replace the fan.

In My CPU i have a cooler master water cooler attached to it but it seems like it slightly moved out of place, it has all the lights on that signify it should be working fine but it is extremely hot to the touch
