Left over cables (first time building pc)

Hi guys, I was wondering what these 3 cables that come from the case(near the optical drive) are. One has four pins, the other two have two pins. Here are some pictures: http://imgur.com/BGLz2qa. Thanks!

Generally the front audio and USB ports .... Both should be clearly identified in your case and MoBo manuals.

What case do you have? It maybe the 4pin power connector for the case fan controller, or the card reader.

I went through mobo manual but I can;t seem to find the right one, could you point it out to me on this manual?

Do you mean R4 not the x4? right, if it is the R4 then the 4pin is the fan controller power connector, other two maybe for the fans, check your case manual.

Yes my bad, I meant the R4. So do I need to connect the fan controller power connector to the mobo or is it just optional?

My R4 manual is pretty bad, all it shows is an exploded view with labelled parts, none of the cables are mentioned :l

Connect the 4pin one directly to the PSU 4pin molex, then those small one ( I found the video from newegg, they should be the 3pin fans connector) to the fans you want to control. http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/define-series/define-r4-black-pearl-window

Wow thank you so much! I was wondering why my case fan couldn't reach my mobo. I appreciate all the help
