Hi there,
I have a wireless keyboard and mouse combo connected to my Windows 10 laptop, ithas only one uses a single receiver for both the keyboard and the mouse. the mouse broke a long time ago but I still use the keyboard and bought myself a logitech wireless mouse. the problem started yesterday when I was tryng to enter my email address. Then I tried typing shift (left shift) + @ it opened my file explorer. So the simplified version is that my left shift plus numbers from top combination opens the apps in the taskbar. like shift + 1 opens edge browser as its the first app pinned to the taskbar. Also the windows key dosent work. One thing to point out is that all this works fine on the laptop's keyboard.
Help me.
