Hello guys, so first of all I bought 2 new headsets.... First was havit 2015d and I had issue with it when I listen with it music or gaming with it or even watching movies.. The left side is louder than right! I tried doing everything to fix it (beside change the volume of every side in the headset in windows cause it's already new) and i couldn't fix it.. So i did a retrieve to the headset... Then I bought standard GM-07 (7.1) today hoping it won't have the same issue.. And it did! I don't know where is the problem hope anyone can help me fix it...
Note when I hade the havit it was 3.5mm and I connected it to my phone hoping the problem is from my pc.. I had the same issue too.. But the standard is USB.. I can't connect it to my phone....
Sorry for long thread... Have a great day.. Thanks

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Make and model headset(s)? Did you install any software that came with those headsets?

ln Windows, right click the small speaker icon normally found in the lower right screen corner.

Click the icon to open a menu presenting a number of audio related choices.

Explore the various categories, windows, tabs, and properties. Change nothing at first.

What you are looking for are the controls for balance. Those controls do just that - they allow you to control the balance between left and right speakers.

Mostly likely you will need to drag the the balance from Left towards Right to center the audio.

However, there may be similar controls in any audio...
Logically if the problem is on both analog and USB sources on both PC and phone using different headsets, then the only common item is you.

If you reverse the headphones on your head and the problem is the same, then you have to clean one of your ears or see a doctor.
I made my family to try it also... Left is higher than right.. Idk what is the problem.

The next step is to try other known working "balanced" headsets on your computer or other audio devices.

Then try your headsets on other known working audio devices.

Determine if the problem stays with your computer/audio devices or follows the headsets.
