left speaker volume lowering overtime

The volume of my headset's left earcup keeps going down to 3% even after adjusting it..
I'll adjust it Monday in Sounds > Speakers Proprieties > Balance and Tuesday it's going to be back down to 3%.

I've had to reinstall Windows 10 today and still experienced the same problem.. left earcup was down to 3% again

What is causing this ?

what headset are you using? Is it connecting via USB or another cable type?

Does it have its own software that could actually let you change the balance?

Do you have latest drivers for motherboard?

I'm using the Logitech G633 Artemis Spectrum and it's connected via USB.

Logitech Gaming Software has an overall volume option but not for the balance.

I have the latest motherboard audio drivers.

So if the motherboard has realtek drivers, it wouldn't be running the USB connection.

is it newest version of LGS? Have you updated firmware on headphones? Does it happen if LGS is disabled?

i wish Google wouldn't give me G933 results in the search...
