legacy and csm option not in bios

i have a asus laptop. i wanted to downgrade it to windows 7 from windows 8. after formatting partition i realised that win7 cannot be installed on it. there is no csm option in bios

is there a UEFI option and Secure Boot option you can disable?

why not just add a free start button program to win 8 ?
