Question Legacy game compatibility mode question

I know many things about computers just seen this on bios and wondering is this useful or don’t need to enable it. Anyone know what dose this feature do

If you don't have a problem, leave it alone.

EDIT: I'm guessing this is an Intel system for 12th/13th gen CPUs. You don't need to muck with BIOS to do what it wants. Just launch the app in question with the CPU affinity already set (see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/7759948/set-affinity-with-start-affinity-command-on-windows-7)
