Question Legion laptop y530 freezes randomly and have to force shut down

Hello. My laptop has been having this issue for years. Whenever I turn the laptop on, around 5 -10 minutes later it freezes and I have to force shutdown, no blue screen.
things I’ve tried
replacing hard drive
running ram tests,
updating bios
replacing sata cable
what should I do?

You've posted this thread in the Windows 10 section. What version(not edition) of the OS are you working with? Does the freeze occur when in the OS GUI or can you enter and remain iun BIOS indefinitely?

i can stay in bios yes
happens after 10 minutes after all programs are autoopened, (google chrome, steam, etc)
win 10?
