Legion Y520-15IKBN can`t run GTA V

This laptop has an i5 7300HQ,NVIDIA GTX 1050 4gb,8 gb ram,1TB HDD and can`t run GTA V on the lowest settings,could it be a problem from the factory(I`ve only bought it a week ago)
