Hi Community

I am a avid pc gamer and computer enthusiast and a friend gifted me this game as he got a spare and knew i loved the Lego Star Wars games when i was a teen.

My system is totally over qualified for this game so why am i getting drops straight down to 30fps. If i unvysnc i get over 1000fps but when the problem happens it shoots down to 30fps for like five seconds. I have tried using the settings in Nvidia control panel and fiddled with the game settings with no avail.

Does anyone know a fix for this.

Thanks!

Err, could it be cutscenes that are capped at 30 FPS?

It'd definitely not your computer, and definitely a kind of poorly-ish put together game. (it's not that bad I know, but dem drops.)

Also maybe if the game is installed on the HDD vs the SSD.

Though looking at the steam discussions for the game it seems like it might be a common problem:
