Question Legue of Legends and EVE online new build for 1440p @144Hz+ gameplay?

Hi guys,

I'm looking to build a work Sleeper PC that can play LoL and EVE online set to ultra with some AA on a 32" 1440p Display @ 1440+ Hz . I'm aware that LoL's requirements are easy to solve but I cant quiet find an answer on what is needed to run EVE at 144Hz on 1440p on ultra.

Any EVE players on this forum?

All hardware regardless of platform must support the following minimum requirements:
CPU that supports SSE2, GPU with 256 MB VRAM or more that supports Shader Model 3that supports DirectX 9.0c

an video card capable of 144Hz will do the trick its DX9 were talking about here not DX12 hell a 1070 can do 4K on ultra with this game.

Thanks, I thought a middle level card would work, I'l go with the 1660 ti then.
