Question Length and Width of AMD FX - 8350 and Ryzen 5 3600

Hi There,

I am a Fifth grade teacher and we are working on multiplying decimals. I wanted to create a fun math problem for students to calculate the area of an fx-8350 and an upgrade ryzen 5 3600 chip. I was wondering if anyone knew the dimensions of the actual chips themselves? I saw the dimensions for the heatsink holes but not what the chips were. We are working in inches, but metric units are perfect too!
