Hello,

I have a Lenovo all in one ago 510-22ASR.

I knocked It over recently and damaged the screen.

It will switch on and power up ok but no visuals.

Does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve the data and programs installed, attach a separate monitor for example and work from that?

I don't think repair is an option but I presume I can use the memory cards (2 x 8GB).

Annoying, it was a good machine. Thanks if anyone can help, Lian.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

If this is akin to the AIO you have in hand, you should have access to two HDMI ports on the rear of your AIO. Out of the two, only one is meant for HDMI input and the other is meant for HDMI output. If your AIO's internals and HDD are intact, you can hook up an external monitor using the HDMI output and then get a functioning system.

Thanks Lutfij,

that is the same model and there are 2 HDMI ports as you describe.

I might try connecting another monitor then, the system was working ok before.

Thanks for responding, I'll report back. Regards Lian.
