The last and only BIOS update was from 2016. So, no there a no new BIOS updates.

According to Lenovo's support site, there is only 1 BIOS update available dated on September 28 2016 for your Lenovo H30-05 Desktop.

Intel itself mentioned not to install new bios for specter due to system stability issues. As per them they has found root cause of system crashes and are working on a new fix.
