[SOLVED] Lenovo Build-in ram not detected after ram upgrade.

Hello there !
I've upgraded my Lenovo V130-15IKB with 8gb of kingston ram .
Before that the laptop had 4gb of build-in 2133Hz ram but after the upgrade it only detects the kingston 8gb. Where those 4gb gone ?

dont tell me its because the build in ram is 1000 hz

ddr4 never plays well together with mixed modules. You need to get a matched set.

Its bought from my country bulgaria , not you will able to open the site .

A memory module is a memory 'stick'. Module is the technical name for it.

Did you check the other slots in the slot drop down box in CPU-Z? I clearly see 4GB in slot 1.

i am not an expert, but cas latency difference is too much, 8G module have 11, where as 4G have 15, could that be the reason?
