Lenovo eRazer Upgrade

Hi there, So I had bought a Lenovo eRazer x315 about 2 years ago and I'm looking to upgrade the Graphics card to better run games like Overwatch etc. So inside the machine everything is still factory.

Amd Radeon R9 360 (Graphics)
Amd A10-7850k (Processor)
450W (PSU)

I'd like to upgrade the Graphics Card but I'm also open to upgrading my Processor & PSU if needed. Working with about a $600 budget

Sorry for the noob question, I'm just now looking into computers and realize I have no idea what I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

According to this hierarchy chart, you should be aiming for the GTX1050Ti 4GB or 1060 6GB seeing how they are both above the R7 360. I'd suggest an Nvidia card due to the power efficiency. I would suggest an AMD equivalent but the issue is that the PSU could be a cheap unit.
