Hello, should I spend $200 more for this:
- Lenovo flex 2 15, intel i5, 1920x1080, 6GB RAM, 500GB hard disk + 8GB SSD, backlit keyboard, 4 cell battery
vs
- Acer (E5-571P-59QA ), intel i5, 1366x768, 4GB RAM, 500GB hard disk, 6 cell battery

Too expensive for a notebook with Intel graphic.Anyway , I'd pick Acer , its better for pocket.

General purpose use, web, email, word processing, photo editing, etc... Lenovo $500 vs Acer $300. And how about reliability?

The Flex 2 15 usually has an IPS display, which would be MUCH better for photo editing. I would go with that. You will also get better general reliability and support from the Lenovo.
