please help me to decide which r better, thanks ^^

The HP one is quite better. The 8550U is almost 40% better than the one Flex comes with. About the GPU, I am not certain as I couldn't find the GPU model anywhere I searched (for the Flex 3).

okey, lenovo flex 3 way cheaper(10m idr on my country) than hp 14s so lets decide with nearby prices.
how about hp notebook 14s with lenovo flex 5-14?
both has core i7 gen 8 and 8gb ram with 2gb vga card. The difference are within brand, hp has amd vga card and lenovo has nvidia GT940MX and slightly better on this site https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-940MX-vs-AMD-Radeon--530/m88506vsm375394
And Lenovo has 15.6", bigger size than Hp, meanwhile the price on market 11,9m(hp) vs 11.5m(lenovo) idr too.

just checked on my country price also nearby 11,5m(flex5-14) and 12m(flex 5-15) vs hp (11.9m)

According to the info you've provided me with, the Flex is still better.

Whilst the HP one has a better CPU (4 cores, and up to 4GHz) the Flex one comes with an okay CPU, a great, for the price, GPU and 16GB of RAM, which is fantastic considering the budget range! Another pro, is the fact that it comes with 128 GB SSD where I am guessing the Windows will be loaded, but you can also load difficult games there to make them run faster.
