Could someone tell me wich one is better please. I need a lot of speed, no noise, I want to have lot of apps openned at the same time, good for school and a good Graphic card for Skyrim 😀

All laptops with fans are going to make noise. Laptops with dedicated graphics tends to be louder than laptops with integrated graphics when playing games. The Radeon R7 M460 is less powerful than a nVidia 930m GPU.

The 940mx should be decent enough to play Skyrim Special Edition at 1080p with low settings to get between 30 to 40 FPS.

The Intel HD 620 should be decent enough to the normal version of Skyrim at 1080p with low settings, maybe decent enough with medium settings.

If you want the laptop to feel more responsive (which is different from having a powerful CPU), then you want a laptop with a SSD because it has very fast read / write speeds compared to a hard drive. As long as Windows and programs are installed on the SSD they will load very quickly. A laptop with Windows installed on a SSD can typically boot up to the login screen within 15 seconds. On a laptop where Windows is installed on a HDD it can take about 45 seconds to get to the login screen.
