Im currently using this Laptop:
Lenovo G400s Touch
Intel Pentium 2020M( http://ark.intel.com/products/71142/Intel-Pentium-Processor-2020M-2M-Cache-2_40-GHz )
988B rPGA Socket
Intel HM76 SouthBridge
Lenovo MotherBoard 31900004std
Lenovo 7BCN36WW(V2.02) BIOS
6GB PC3-12800 RAM

Im Planning to Upgrade the Processor to Intel i3/i5/i7

And Ive found this Processors who fits the socket

http://ark.intel.com/products/67355/Intel-Core-i5-3210M-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_10-GHz-rPGA

http://ark.intel.com/products/53469/Intel-Core-i7-2670QM-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3_10-GHz

http://ark.intel.com/products/53452/Intel-Core-i5-2450M-Processor-3M-Cache-up-to-3_10-GHz

When i buy one of the processors above, and removed the old processor from the motherboard and put my chosen processor.. will i experience problem? or it will be like Plug and Play?

Thanks for answering :)
I've checked the processors included in the list you've provided and i found this one... and i think its the best processor to choose to upgrade to.

And as the the last website says, this processor is the fastest with that tdp in its release..

But my problem is.. you said it would be like plug and play.. right?
ive read some articles on the internet that if a processor is soldered in the motherboard.. upgrading would be impossible..
How would i know if its soldered or not?

You will need to take the laptop apart and check or go online and see if there are any disassemble videos for that specific laptop.
