can i connect external gpu like vidock to my laptop machine ?

If you don't see it on the laptop, then is not one there. I've only seen them on the sides and they are not that small that you can miss it.

Anything connected to your USB ports will be very limited in speed. If you want faster video, sell the laptop and buy one with a faster video card.
