I have a Lenovo Legion T5-26IOB6 Gaming PC that I bought back in January. From the moment I took it out of the box, I have had instances where the computer randomly reboots back to the Windows login screen. There is no set time frame for when the reboot occurs, it can be a couple of hours, could be 15, 20, 30 minutes and I come back and find the computer rebooted.
Lenovo has done a system scan and found no issues. They are unable to check the power supply if that had happened to be the case. Microsoft Support did their thing, checking for corrupt files in Windows, making some changes in the Registry, even rolling back the OS from Windows 11 to 10 (thinking that would do something).
The Event Log shows the same error and debug codes for each and every single reboot (see attached images below).
I have done two clean reinstalls of Windows 11 using the recovery feature. Nothing Lenovo, Microsoft or I have done has resolved this issue. Earlier this afternoon after talking to MicroCenter (where I bought the system), they offered to have me bring the computer in free of charge and they would run a complete diagnostic on it (which took 4 hours while I literally stood and watched) and found nothing wrong with the system. I have no idea what to do at this point.
No overclocking or tweaking of anything on the computer. I do flight simulator with FSX and some Saitek flight sim hardware (yoke, rudder pedals, etc..). Have never overheated the CPU or GPU, they are monitored using MSI Afterburner. Power settings are set for nothing to shut off or go into hibernation. I livestream on YouTube and don't want the computer going to sleep if I am flying and I step away for a break during a long flight.
Just to reiterate, this issue happened before I loaded any flight sim software or plugged any hardware devices onto this machine and continues today. Microsoft, Lenovo and MicroCenter have stated FSX or any of my flying hardware should cause this, and I ran all this on my previous system with Windows 10 without any issues for years.
I hope that someone out there can help me resolve this issue before I sledgehammer this PC and leave it on MIcroCenter's front doorstep. Thanks in advance!
