Question Lenovo Gaming PC keeps resetting back to default OEM desktop each time it restarts

Every time I restart my Lenovo Gaming PC, it keeps refreshing as if it was reset to factory settings.
The wallpaper changes to the default Lenovo wallpaper, the shortcuts for the apps disappear, some apps become uninstalled, and all downloads and documents disappear but not deleted.
Most of the files and apps are still in the computer. It just has to be accessed through the users folder.
This happened twice already and is very frustrating.

Just put a clean install of windows 10/11 on it with a USB drive and call it a day.
