i need help i wanted to upgrade psu and gpu but need bigger case can some one please try find a midi one for me thanks!

The motherboard is Form Factor: Micro-ATX. It fits cases that support Micro-ATX

Black box is location for WiFi antenna on models that have this optional feature.

Motherboard features the H61 chipset which is PCI Express Revision 2.0. Generally, an R9 380 will work in a PCIe x 16 rev. 2.0 slot.

i'm changing my pc case lenovo h520s because i want to add a graphics card and case is to small for bigger power supply and graphics card its a micro atx (im pretty sure) but there are 2 things. 1. there is this box (you can see it on the back of the computer https://gyazo.com/694c812d7432f22809ecf2891dfa1a7f) and i dont know what it is heres another pic of it in the computer https://gyazo.com/e24aa9c36141356a26249107168d3b54 ive highlighted around it there is a grey wire going to that black box i dont know what it is also there is another wire a black one going off that grey thing but u cant see it what should i do about this ?
2. i want a r9 380 in it which is PCI Express 3.0 my mother board pci just says pcie 16x will it work?
