Lenovo ideapad 100-15IBD

I have lenovo ideapad 100-15ibd with intel pentium dual core 3825u,4 gb of ram and 920m.Can i over clock my cpu and gpu and if it is possible how much can i overclock it

Overclocking laptops in general and especially "office" laptops is never a good ideea.
Cooling solutions on laptops are very size optimized and in 99% cases overclocking will lead to throttling so even if it works, your performance will drop instead of rising.
Bottom line: can you? maybe. should you? hell no.
Best things you can do to upgrade laptops are more ram memory if possible and get a ssd if you have a hdd.
