Question Lenovo Ideapad-15IBY not turning on

Well im trying to fix this laptop, btw the white led blinking i guess its the power same with the orange one while charging
things that i tried:
Removing the battery, holding power button, pressing novo button,cleaning the ram

If the laptop is still under warranty, contact Lenovo's tech support.

If the warranty is expired, may try to remove the boot device (HDD). Then boot the laptop without the HDD to see it can boot up or not, ofc, it will not boot into the window, but if the laptop works, it will show the no boot device error. You can try this way to remove the RAM, and boot the laptop too without the RAM too.

If the laptop will not boot without the HDD or the RAM, that means the laptop has problem. You will need the new one.
