A ABHIRUP7 May 14, 2019 4 0 10 May 14, 2019 #1 Resetting the bios only fixing the problem as long as the laptop is running. The next i start the laptop again showing 4 GB ram. Resetting the CMOS only the fixed the problem for one time. In bios it also shows 4 GB ram.
